The Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX) is a national nonprofit organization focused on significantly expanding employee ownership across the United States by establishing and supporting a network of independent nonprofit State Centers for Employee Ownership. We see employee ownership as a critical tool to help reduce income and wealth disparity, increase community wealth, and create a more vibrant, participatory economy for workers regardless of race, religion, or socioeconomic status.
